Choose Mediation

WHATEVER THE PROBLEM CHOOSE - MEDIATION

Our aim at CHOOSE-MEDIATION is to help two or more disputing parties to resolve a conflict rather than having a decision imposed by a Court, Arbitrator or other Authority

This is achieved by a process which allows the disputing parties themselves, control over the process and the outcome.

Is there any type of dispute or problem which cannot be resolved by mediation?

The basis answer is - NO

Mediation can be arranged quickly and is now actively encouraged by the Courts. Any settlement reached can be binding, once it is signed by the parties.

Our role as Mediators is not to judge people but to:-

  • Assist the parties to identify all the issues
  • Allow the parties the opportunity to fully explain their viewpoint and help the parties to communicate with one another.
  • Provide impartial assistance to each party with the aim of exploring and reaching realistic solutions.

Mediation is strictly confidential and anything said during the mediation process is inadmissible in any legal proceedings.

Anyone who has ever been involved in a Court case will know the time, expense and emotions associated with this course of action.

The only certainty in litigation is that there can be no certainty as to the outcome, only the cost.

Whether the problem seems to have reached stalemate or whether or not legal proceedings have been commenced, Mediation is always a real and viable alternative to finding a sensible solution.
