Is there any type of dispute or problem which cannot be resolved by Mediation?

The basic answer is NO - providing each party is willing to at least explore the possibility of resolving the matter between themselves rather than having a decision imposed by a Court or other authority.

BUSINESS
Disputes can occur which need to be resolved but equally the parties wish to preserve a commercial relationship and maintain business confidentiality. The non-adversarial approach and confidential nature of mediation is an ideal forum in such a situation.
